My work with the body is both spiritual and expressive. I teach a movement and clowning practice that incorporates dance, games, painting, writing and philosophy ~ classes in Crazy Wisdom.
From my experiences with many gifted body workers and expressive arts therapist Dr. Lucia Capacchione, it has become clear to me that the body has a great deal of intelligence, and that our intelligence is certainly not limited to our brains or even our emotions. The whole body is a repository of important memories, imagination and expression. Freeing that wealth of information and wisdom from the body has become the next phase of my life's work.
