It has taken me a very long time to bring Spirit into my life. In part because of our Cherokee heritage and other issues from her own childhood, my mother turned her back on organized religion and steered me away from any expression of spirituality as well. After the death of my parents, I finally felt empowered enough to recover this part of my inner life and I began serious studies with my Tibetan Buddhist teachers Geshe Gyeltsen and Lati Rinpoche of Thubten Dhargye Ling in Long Beach. With more than fifteen years of extensive travel and study of tai chi, qi gong, ecstatic dance, lunar journaling, native american ceremony and sacred clowning, I now live a deeply spiritual life.
I am leading a Full Moon Circle for women in Cambria as it has been taught to me by my Clan Mother Hua Anwa. And I have created my own modern Tarot deck of 108 cards which I call the White Heart deck. See below for more information as to how these may serve you.
